To all:
I was able to get to pointe west Saturday morning by car. I didn’t look at the homes at the front of the development, however concentrated on my condo on the bay side and the adjacent condos. Most of the condo units facing the bay side sustained damage on the overhang and now have the rafters showing (see pictures). Water damage was also sustained around the windows. Mold is already setting in. (see pictures). This includes almost all bay side condos. There is one condo building that sustained major damage to the roof and corner. This is the building near what used to be the fishing pier.

Mark, sorry for all the things that happened to your unit. How is the mold situation?? really bad?? what can you do to stop it??

Very sorry to hear about your condo - we also have a condo on the bayside in building 9. I was wondering how you were able to make it down there I know they are opening the gates on Wednesday however if I can get down earlier I will.
